Under the guise of double-blind psychology assessments, the previous administration forced out so-called “toxic leaders” in favor of promoting risk-averse, go-along-to-get-along conformists. It was the true politicization of the military. Stupid and dangerous. Now, instead, we have instituted a performance-based Joint Warfighting Evaluation.”
