Everyone in that facility needs to look in the mirror. The only thing I can say is decent is the effort (effort doesn’t equal execution). There is no phase that has looked good, literally no phase. I do believe in Lupoi, he has been around too many successful teams and organizations to not know how. He also has the passion to do it. But obviously these growing pains are way worse than anyone could’ve predicted. The expectations were through the roof and the energy was through the roof and that’s why watching this is so frustrating. Nothing left to do but go back to work, we are gonna have to sharply curve our expectations for this season and focus every game for the rest of the season on executing the simple things and hopefully we can build from there. Never losing hope, just extremely disappointed. But forever and always…..Go Bears
