I'm fully aware that I'm going to catch heat for this post. The pro-Ukrainian crowd is going to accuse me of being a Russian bot.
Sorry to disappoint, but I'm just a 48 year old American dad from North Carolina trying to spread some truth.
I don't GAF about Putin or Russia. But these are the facts.
Biden met with Putin during the summer of 2021. After that meeting, Biden said that he was optimistic of having a good relationship with Putin.
After that meeting, Putin again said that his redline was Ukraine joining NATO.
Two months after meeting with Putin, Biden invited Zelensky to the White House to discuss a new missile system for Ukraine and to discuss Ukraine joining NATO. That happened.
After the Biden/Zelensky meeting, Putin continued saying publicly that his redline was Ukraine joining NATO.
After Russia invaded Ukraine, Biden went on TV and declared that Ukraine would be joining NATO and that Russia had already lost the war.
I don't give a damn about Putin or Russia. I'm not arguing that Putin was in the right. The purpose of this post is to show that the Biden Administration absolutely knew what they were doing when they were provoking Putin to start this war. They knew what they were doing when they invited Zelensky to the White House to discuss Ukraine joining NATO. Wake up people.

I’m not a critic of ‘radical Islam’, but a radical critic of Islam. Not only do we have to de-Islamize the west, but ultimately all Islamic hellholes, because we can’t exist with an annihilationist religion that will always be a threat to civilization, especially in a nuclear age

Saudi Arabia does not guard Islam. It owns the brand and extracts the rent.
Millions of Muslims are taught that the Kiswah covering the Kaaba is sacred, that touching it carries spiritual weight, and that disrespecting it is grave. Epstein files documents show pieces of that same covering, described in correspondence as having been touched by at least 10 million pilgrims, were shipped to Jeffrey Epstein in 2017 via contacts linked to Gulf elites and Saudi royal court circles. One message explicitly noted the cloth’s holy status while arranging delivery to a convicted sex offender. The same system that polices ordinary believers for blasphemy treated fragments of the Kaaba’s cloth as a networking item for the ultra rich and well connected.
Hajj and Umrah are presented as pure acts of devotion. In practice they form a multi billion dollar industry that funnels roughly 10 to 15 billion dollars a year into the Saudi economy, a substantial share of non oil revenue. The Al Saud family controls access, infrastructure, quotas, and the narrative. Pilgrims pay. The regime profits and gains geopolitical leverage. Religious obligation is the marketing.
In 2025 the kingdom executed a record 356 people. Most were for non lethal drug offenses. A large share were foreign nationals. At least two were executed for acts allegedly committed as minors. Journalist Turki al Jasser was killed after years of detention on treason and terrorism charges that rights groups tie to critical online writing about royal family corruption. Freedom House scores the country 9 out of 100, Not Free. Peaceful expression, including social media posts, is routinely criminalized under vague statutes protecting religious values and the image of the state. Trials lack basic due process. This is not a side effect of the system. It is the system.
A cloth is declared untouchable. Rituals are placed beyond evidence or critique. Rulers claim their absolute monarchy, discretionary death sentences, and control of holy sites are expressions of divine will. Ordinary people can be imprisoned, silenced, or killed for words. Elites move freely through circles where sacred objects become status goods.
The pattern is clear. Man made institutions, laws, and power structures are labeled God’s commands precisely so they cannot be questioned. Branding criticism as blasphemy protects the rulers, the revenue, and the monopoly. Obedience is redefined as virtue. The beneficiaries are the family that holds the sites, the oil, the courts, and the sword. Everyone else is told that doubt is sin and that human rights are secondary to unverified claims of divine authority.
No monarch speaks for any god. No religious system deserves immunity from scrutiny. Human beings are real. The claims used to control them must answer to evidence, reason, and basic rights, or be rejected.

I really don't think it can be overstated how dumb it was for Republicans to denigrate the Indian community. They have the highest median household income in the US. They're the most educated. They commit almost no crime.
*That's* who you want to insult out of your coalition?
I just cast my ballot for James Talarico.
As a second-generation Indian American, I am thoroughly disgusted by the xenophobia, racial resentment, and increasingly brazen attacks on my identity. My family has contributed to the American story through hard work, sacrifice, and an unwavering belief in the opportunities this nation promises. I am every bit as American as anyone else, and I will not tolerate being treated as a perpetual foreigner in the country I call home.
I implore every eligible Texan to get out and vote. This election is about the kind of state and country we are prepared to defend—and the principles we refuse to surrender.

French schools can wait. German kindergartens can postpone their renovations. Classrooms can crumble, public services can deteriorate, and ordinary families can struggle to make ends meet.
Anything, apparently, to produce more missiles and drones — more weapons to sow death and destruction across Donbas and Crimea, territories Zelensky stubbornly insists on calling “ours,” promising to bring them “back home.”
Enough of feeding the war machine — FEED THE PEOPLE!
Enough of pouring money into Zelensky and his corrupt wartime entourage profiting from the conflict!
Feed your children. Care for your pensioners. Protect the poor and the vulnerable.
Let schools be schools, not casualties of military budgets. Let public money serve human lives, not fuel endless destruction.
Stop feeding war. Stop feeding people. Including Ukrainian. Who need peace, not more war.

Vivek Ramaswamy gave MAGA good vocabulary. He took their somewhat crude positions on meritocracy, immigration, executive power, anti-wokeism etc and wrapped them in the language of Yale and Harvard. He made the intellectual case for Trumpism better than Trump ever could.
And now he is losing Ohio. A state Trump won by 11 points.
There are many factors. Gas prices. Wars of choice. Trump's disdain for rural America. Vivek's rocky DOGE stint. His rebrand from national provocateur to state-level executive. But let us not pretend the obvious is not a factor. His race and his Hindu faith have been a constant undercurrent. In a fundamentally crude and unintellectual movement, the sophisticated vocabulary was borrowed. However, MAGA's instincts kicked in.
MAGA used Vivek’s language when it was convenient. Now that he needs their votes, many have defaulted to their natural state. The movement that talks about meritocracy all day cannot bring itself to support the most meritocratic candidate on their side.
Vivek is a billionaire. He neither needs nor deserves sympathy. But there is a deep irony here. He entered politics to expose the hypocrisy of the progressive left. He may end up exposing the hypocrisy of the populist right.
Any wealthy, educated, brown-skinned person watching this race is coming the same conclusion: MAGA cannot look past your faith and skin color.

🟥⬛️The “Klym Savur Cross” is awarded by the Rivne Regional Council for “personal merit in defending Ukraine, its sovereignty, and territorial integrity.”
The award was established in March 2025.
Klym Savur, also known as Dmytro Klyachkivsky, was a commander of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA) who is widely considered responsible for orchestrating the mass slaughter of Poles in Volhynia — the murder of tens of thousands of Polish civilians, including women, children, and men.
Naturally, someone in Ukraine thought naming a military decoration after him was a splendid idea. Because nothing says “honour and heroism” quite like commemorating a man associated with the mass murder of civilians.
But wait. It gets better.
On October 9, 2026, Oleksandr Kobzarenko, a fighter in the Carpathian Sich Battalion, showed up to receive the award wearing a Waffen-SS Galicia Division patch and a Nazi eagle on his cap.
You know, just to complete the ensemble. Apparently, the historical irony wasn't quite thick enough without a little Nazi cosplay.
“Ukraine is fighting for freedom and democracy,” they said.
“Give them more money,” they said.
And somewhere, the satire department quietly handed in its resignation. Reality had made its services completely redundant.

Why are coffee shops only a daytime thing? I genuinely wish there were coffee shops open until midnight where people could hang out, meet strangers, play board games, and have actual conversations. Basically the social atmosphere of a bar, but without the alcohol, loud music, or drunk people. Is that too much to ask?

Oleksandr Kobzarenko, a fighter with AFU’s Carpathian Sich Battalion, dressed up for his award ceremony in the finest attire he owned: a Nazi eagle on his cap and a patch bearing the insignia of the Waffen-SS Galicia Division.
And the cherry on top? He recently received the “Klym Savur Cross” — named after that very UPA commander who was a butcher of Poles in Volhynia.
Ukraine certainly has a remarkable talent for naming its military decorations, doesn’t it, my Polish friends?
Quite the tribute to history. Just perhaps not the kind Poland would appreciate.
