Last night, a Rabbi was attacked in Boro Park and a Yeshiva student was chased by a knife-wielding man screaming “Heil Hitler” in Crown Heights.
I’m appalled by these horrific antisemitic acts. Brooklyn must be safe for all – we cannot tolerate attacks on our Jewish neighbors.

Many of my colleagues in BK and I have been sounding the alarm on deed theft for years, hosting workshops and advocating for resources in the city budget.
The Office of Deed Theft Prevention is a huge step forward. Thanks @nycmayor for responding to this issue with urgency.
Today Zohran Mamdani is launching the Office of Deed Theft Prevention.
The mayor is appointing Peter White, a lawyer who has worked on deed theft litigation, foreclosures, landlord-tenant disputes to be the director of the new office, according to @THECITYNY.
The office will be aimed at stopping deed theft, the fraudulent forging or scamming of home deeds in order to steal houses out from under families, often Black families in New York who have owned these homes for decades or generations.
