On July 23, 2021, we charged Robert W. Brooks, III with the Class B Felony of Assault 2nd - Special Victim. Our No Bond request was granted. On July 26, 2021, the bond was reduced to $30,000.00 surety only. This was OVER OUR OBJECTION. 21JE-CR02118. #jeffcomo #jeffcopa
