Andy Biggs has been a rubber stamp for Washington's cost-hiking agenda, and Arizonans know he's the reason they're paying more for everything.

Public schools underfunded? Costs going up? Water at risk? Kevin Hartke and Janet Weninger apparently think Arizona needs more of the same. LD13 deserves better. Vote Jacob Weinberg and Dr. Racquel "Rockee" Armstrong.

It is a basic principle of American democracy that the government can’t selectively target individuals simply because of their political beliefs or what they say. But that’s exactly what the Trump Administration is doing to Congresswoman Ilhan Omar of Minnesota. To understand why this is so appalling, it’s important to know the facts. Congresswoman Omar came to this country with her father when she was 12 years old. Five years later, her father became a naturalized citizen. If Ilhan had been 18 at the time, she would have had to apply for citizenship separately. But because she was 17, she became a naturalized citizen automatically. Congresswoman Omar went on to graduate from college, work as a community organizer, become the first Somali-American legislator elected to public office in the U.S., and win a seat in Congress. There, she has been one of the Trump Administration’s fiercest critics, which has led the president to repeatedly single her out as someone who he believes does not belong in this country. Now the Administration is actively trying to deport Congresswoman Omar, seemingly based solely on the unsubstantiated theory that she was actually 18 when her father was naturalized, and therefore is not a citizen. Federal agents have raided her home, confiscated personal records, and seized her phone — all to try and uncover a nonexistent smoking gun from 20 years ago that will somehow make their case. Think about that. The full weight of the federal government is being brought down on a law-abiding elected official because she has dared to criticize the president. And it’s not the first time this has happened. Under President Trump, the Justice Department has repeatedly gone after those he considers his political enemies — from the Attorney General of New York, to the former head of the FBI, to members of the Federal Reserve. In those cases, the prosecutions either stalled or were dismissed for having no basis in law, and the same is likely to happen in this case. But not before Congresswoman Omar’s life has been turned upside down, her legal bills have piled up, and she’s been forced to spend time fighting unsubstantiated charges instead of serving the people of Minnesota. The fact that any president, or any administration, is willing to engage in such transparent efforts to intimidate someone should outrage all Americans, regardless of how they feel about Congresswoman Omar’s political views. Because if this becomes the new normal, there’s no reason to believe it will stop with her — or that future presidents, in either party, won’t do the same.

NEW @MeidasTouch: Andy Biggs wrote a book arguing that constitutional amendments from the late 19th and early 20th centuries were “crazy leftist ideas.” That includes the 19th Amendment, which guaranteed women the right to vote #AZGov meidasnews.com/news/andy-big…

Arizona is sick of election denialism and extremism. Stop trying to overturn elections.
Lorena Austin and Jacob Martinez fight for Arizona's future. Brad Bettencourt fights election results. Brad is not the right fit for LD9. Vote For BOTH Lorena Austin & Jacob Martinez!

I love Arizona with all my heart. I was born there, I grew up there, and I survived an assassination attempt there. I’m determined to build the safer Arizona we all deserve, and I know that these gun safety champions will always put public safety first and do whatever it takes to prevent senseless gun violence. I am proud to endorse them and urge voters to support them this November. 🌵♥️
For too long, a safer Arizona has been blocked by the gun lobby, their dangerous rhetoric, and the Republicans who answer to them. It’s time for change. These leaders are committed to building the safer school, homes, and communities Arizonans deserve. We’re proud to endorse them.

“We have a responsibility not only to Arizonans today, but to those who come after us. 🚨 Warren Petersen has spent 13 years going after your health care. From working families to people with pre-existing conditions, he’s repeatedly fought against protections for the Arizonans who need them most. Now he’s backing a plan that could strip 342,000 Arizonans of their coverage and put five rural hospitals at risk of closing, all while keeping his own government-sponsored health care. Watch this video for the facts on Petersen’s years-long attack on your health care ⤵️

🚨 NEW TODAY: POLITICO is the latest national outright highlighting my opponent’s efforts to undermine our elections. Warren Petersen urged Mike Pence to delay certification of the 2020 election. He’s also turned over Arizona’s voter rolls containing YOUR private information. Arizonans deserve an Attorney General who protects your right to vote, not one who puts it at risk for partisan politics. I’ll always protect YOUR vote first. politico.com/news/magazine/2…

Stay shady, Arizona 😎 HB2342 is now the law and bans HOA’s from preventing homeowners from installing shade structures. @TraversforAZ worked with her constituent, Beatrice Charles, to find a solution after her HOA made her take down her gazebo.

🚨 PSA, Arizona: CNN just put my opponent Warren Petersen front and center in its look at statewide candidates who questioned the 2020 election. This is the same guy who pushed the sham Cyber Ninjas “audit” and continues to peddle election conspiracy theories‼️ I believe in facts, evidence, and the rule of law. And I believe our elections deserve better than extremists trying to undermine them 🇺🇸 I’ll always fight to protect your right to vote. Who’s with me? cnn.com/2026/10/06/politics/…

Great new signs spotted in #LD4! Better check ‘em out quick before Lobbyist Matt Gress illegally covers them up with his own signs. Gress REALLY does not want voters to know he’s a Paid Lobbyist. /1
