Proud to report that my CLEAN-UP Act has officially passed out of the House. This legislation is vital for protecting our North Jersey communities against the extreme flooding that has become all too common.

At home, we continue to see flash floods wreak havoc in our neighborhoods. That is why my CLEAN UP Act is incredibly vital and must move forward. I urge my colleagues to join me in protecting our communities, before the next flood comes.
