The biggest challenge of legacy apps is going to match the newly formed expectations by AI. It doesn't have to be as crazy as Intercom going full AI-rebrand, but you certainly need to have a strategy to leverage AI to enhance the user experience. Some ideas: - Use AI to create relevant seed data during onboarding - Assist user in technical content creation - Save time by doing all the little things (title generation, setting configs, writing summaries) - Generating ideas Here are 3 B2B case studies to look at: 1.
