Had a club liner throw my flag into the stand this weekend because he got a throw in wrong and I overruled him Unfortunately he didnt throw it AT anyone or I would have sent him off

The worst part is the bastard had the whistle in his mouth and bottled it. Tried to rely on a linesman who was blinded by the sun when Donohue had a perfectly good view. Utterly fucking awful. #SaintsFC

No chance the Ref can see that through the melee. Liner probably struggling to see clearly through the post as well Unlucky. That's a pen and a red card for sure if they see it
60' How has this HANDBALL not been spotted! The ball over the line or not. This is a very harsh decision against the yellows 🟡Tivvy⚫️ 0-2 🔵 @PortlandUnited 🔵 |#OneTivvy| @sleeblackwell | @DiamondTiverton | @VX3apparel | @SouthernLeague1 |

Ball played, player offside Offside player drops back & touches ball inside his own 1/2 That's where the IFK should be taken It's one of those situations where unless you've read Law you end up with an 'opinion', call the Ref poor but are 100% wrong Common theme unfortunatley
Just to highlight how fucking poor this Premier League refereeing is… Jarred Gillett gives Newcastle offside, yet Aston Villa take the resulting free kick INSIDE the Newcastle half, exactly where the linesman is indicating the offside occurred. And this is in the build-up to Villa’s goal. Can someone explain how an offside offence in Villa’s half results in a free kick for Villa in Newcastle’s half? Make that make fucking sense. 🤦‍♂️ #NUFC #AVFC #PremierLeague

The season is well under way and I'm convinced the gap between fans 'opinion' and the actual LotG is getting, and these erroroneous opinions are vehemently defended with more and more aggression than ever before for some reason And the media's talking heads are making it worse

What on earth is the point of that? Must ne a sponsorship gimmick or some such Fixes a problem that doesn't exist. Utterly useless idea

Heres a thought. If players hadn't committed any fouls he'd have shown zero reds or yellows
Thomas Parson ( the ref for Oxford vs Mansfield ) has had 20 games this season. -He’s given 6 Red cards -He’s given 78 Yellow cards -He’s given 3 Penalties I’ve got a feeling he’s got short man Syndrome cause 3.9 yellows a game is mental, got to be a record surely😂 #oufc

Strong opinion I'd be interested in what 'rip it up, start again' means & looks like. If we end up better, then I support it I suspect a brand new, built from rhe ground up system wouldn't look much different (unless we detach from IFAB) and there's still a human in the middle
Refereeing is totally broken. Genuinely think we’ve got to the point where they need to rip it up and start again. We can’t just keep accepting so many bad performances at elite levels of football week-in, week-out. Something has to change. #oufc

1. Difficult, players were obviously wasting time by feigning injury, now genuinely hurt players are being punished. Hard to police so here we are 2. Yes. It's more likely/common players will try and waste time when they're winning, so the tolerance for it will be lower.
Some good convos with officials so far over the new rules. I’ve learnt… 1. Injuring players gives you an advantage for 1 minute. Mental!! 2. The 5 second countdown starts quicker when you’re winning. Overall: Made the game far more subjective. Gaffers - Thoughts?

39 Step 7 Nice game, good laugh... until a fella gets subbed on and was instantly angry about everything for no reason. Why even play if you hate it that much? Subbed off before he was sent off 3-4 6.46km 1🟨C4

40 Womens County League Lovely game, easy to ref apart from 2 on the coaching staff of one of the teams, their reputation proceeds them. Not my first dealings, so kept them on a tight leash which definitely saved them from cautions. Didn't get thanked 2-3 7.67km

When I see clips on here I try and put myself in the refs mind to work out what's going on. To hopefully learn something and be a better ref myself I've no idea with this one. Why play on? Cant fathom it at all. Scored a few seconds later apparently. Step 5 as well
This footage from Hutton v @ClaptonCFC shows that the extra ball is so close that the Clapton No4 is distracted during an aerial challenge with the Hutton striker, and kicks the extra ball away. As the 4 leaves the shot, you can see his surprise rhat play continues 1/3
