A Florida VBM update: Nearly 16,200 VBM ballot return envelopes have been flagged with a problem as of this morning in FL. That's almost 0.7% of all VBM ballots received by SOEs so far. Voters have until Thursday at 5pm to file a VBM cure affidavit with their SOE.

We urge you to reconsider your stance on number 1. Term limits give more power to staffers and lobbyists and more of an incentive for representatives to give huge benefits to major corporations. The only term limits should be free and fair elections!

This is welcome news. Federal law prohibits disqualifying ballots for irrelevant technicalities that have no affect on the legitimacy of the ballot. Let people vote.

In new guidance issued yesterday, the PA Dept of State tells counties that undated mail ballots should be counted:

As for undated ballots: "Any ballot-return envelope that is undated or dated with an incorrect date but that has been timely received by the county shall be included in the pre-canvass and canvass."
