Japan's Ministry of Justice has released draft AI guidelines stating that a person's voice is protected under existing law as part of their identity
As one example, the guidance says using AI to recreate a voice actor's voice without permission to sing a song created by someone else, then monetizing it on social media, could constitute rights infringement
Final guidelines are expected in August

It's actually fantastic representation of a trans woman dealing with internalized transphobia and misogyny that leads her to committing. Not all representation is sunshine and rainbows. Jax is painfully good rep it's just not pretty rep, which is what you want.

I’m sorry but any description of specialized medical machine learning algorithms as “AI” is just doing PR for OpenAI and other slop generator companies.
You’re dragging down public trust in useful ML while giving ChatGPT a veneer of unearned respectability!!

The reliance on multiple level authentification is reaching ridiculous levels.
I had to change my phone earlier this year, and I found out the hard way how much everything relies on sending me texts.
Why does my local pizza place need to send me an auth code so I can order ???

SUPER excited to share the piratical poster I designed for @AnthroWeekendUT, where I'll be a Guest of Honor this coming weekend!
I haven't been to a proper furry convention since high school so I'm hyped—might still be a little delirious from SDCC, but HEY we'll figure it out 😎

ALT Poster for Anthro Con Weekend 2025: Anchors AWU, Battle of the Barkaneers. The poster feature's the con's mascots in piratical garb: Prryce the cat and Arch the coyote sword fighting in front of a weathered pirate map, and Spike and Carver in the background sailing through the skies as air pirates.
