One lane of northbound Avondale Road is blocked by a collision, just north of Union Hill Road. Severe delay to eastbound SR-520.

Northbound Avondale Road very slow due to work zone on Novelty Hill Road in King County. Novelty Hill Rd traffic alternating in one lane.
On eastbound Redmond-Fall City Road (SR-202) at 192nd Drive NE, just east of Redmond, a crash blocks the left lane. Major delays eastbound.
An injury crash is blocking the center lanes of Willows Road just north of NE 95th Street. One NB lane and one SB lane are crawling past, but expect significant delays.

Power outage near Redmond Town Center. Dark signals on Bear Creek Pkwy (NE 76th St, NE 74th St), Leary Way (West Lake Samm Pkwy, 159th Place NE), and West Lake Samm Pkwy / 154th Ave NE. A dark traffic signal is a stop sign.

On westbound Redmond Way (SR-202), the on-ramp to westbound SR-520 is partially blocked by a crash. Significant delay from Sammamish to SR-520.
On westbound Redmond Way, a disabled tractor-trailer blocks the left lane just prior to 140th Ave NE. Causing severe delays, including northbound 148th Ave NE.

Union Hill Road power outage. Signal at Avondale Rd has battery backup. Generators being deployed at others. A dark signal is a stop sign.
Severe congestion EB Redmond Way (SR-202) at 187th Ave NE, due to a collision scene just cleared. Traffic will take time to clear.
Westbound Old Redmond Road is closed, west of 140th Ave NE, due to a collision.
On Redmond Way, one westbound lane is now open at NE 76th, after glue spill. Delays remain on eastbound SR-520. No EB left turns to NE 76th.
164th Ave NE (SR-202) CLOSED both directions, Redmond Way to NE 80th St, due to gas leak.
Westbound Redmond Way CLOSED just west of SR-520 / NE 76th Street, due to hazardous materials spill. Eastbound traffic getting through.
Avondale Road crash just cleared (north of Novelty Hill Rd), but congestion on eastbound SR-520 extends well beyond 148th Ave NE.
