14 years ago in 2012 when we under the banner of Rainawari Action forum(RAF) I spearheaded to reclaim and renovate this 400 year old Bhairav temple in Rainawari kashmir. Now yesterday Govt of J&K laid the foundation of dharamshala & allied blocks under Heritage scheme. 9 years ago, when we reclaimed Vital Bhairav in Rainawari Kashmir. Ironically, it was Dharmarth Trust, who had sold it on Power of Attorney to One Ab. Rashid Durani of Pampore.We came to know, when neigbours informed of cutting of peripheral trees in the huge compound. (1)

Restoration work this month (Oct 2026) Kakkara Mahavishnu Temple, Kannur: Digging of the temple well Odappallam Kirata Shiva Temple, Wayanad: Construction of restroom; Garbhagriha ceiling carving Avanamkulam Subrahmanya Temple, Malappuram: Nalambalam foundation work. 4 loads of granite are at site, and trees are being cleared for construction Kottappadam Srirama Temple, Palakkad: Nalambalam foundation work. 3 loads of granite are at site; work begins once Avanamkulam’s foundation is complete Laterite stones: about 12,000 stones are being procured for Cholakkara Durga, Ayyamkulangara Uma Maheswara, Chellur Mahadeva, Kottappadam Srirama and Avanamkulam Subrahmanya temples Every stone laid is a tradition restored.
