This week recast: Independence Day
Live from the #PhillyPodfest for our 100th episode! We had such a blast doing it live. The crowd came prepared with suggestions and we may have uncovered a Recasting natural from the audience.

@RecastingPod My “Crow” recast. I had a ton of fun with this as it’s one of my favorite movies!
Nice cast! MEM is a great pull, and I love Vincent Cassell. Fillion would be great because he pretty much already that character in Firefly.
@RecastingPod I legit lol’d at the Macho Man reference on your Raiders episode! Took a shot at recasting it myself!
Great podcast, lots of fun!!

Lost was incredible but the acting was spotty. Hard to cast a giant ensemble like that, but they whiffed on some big roles like Jack, Charlie, and Claire.
They really hit on lots of secondary characters and launched a ton of careers like Law and Order did.
I'm currently thoroughly enjoying a rewatch of O Brother Where Are Thou.
Not a huge Cohen bros fan, but this is a masterpiece

I can see Cage going method and acting with real tigers.
He will be missed.
Lol. In Mission Impossible: Fallout, the helicopter says "giddy up". I guarantee that want a mistake.
You all know I had to vote for A Knight's Tale. The sneaky best sports movie out there.
Check out @SuitUpTPL for more movie drafts for everyone to argue about!

If you aren't totally stoked for this, I'm not sure we can be friends.
Whoa. The wait is finally over, dudes! Keanu Reeves and @Winter star in the first official trailer for Bill & Ted Face the Music! Watch now! And remember: be excellent to each other. 🎸⚡ #BillAndTed3 #FaceTheMusic #BillAndTedDay

Yeah, I'm going to go on record as saying Nic Cage is a horrible choice for Joe Exotic.
Even though Cage may be the crazier of the two.

I think you meant irreverent, but yours is more accurate...
