Prenatal vitamins with iron is one way to do it. I understand 1 tab contains about 27 mg per daily dose (obviously too much in your case but some may contain closer to 18mg, just check the label and of course confer with your doctor first). One tab made me have an upset stomach from all the iron. I remember burping up something that tasted like spinach (horrible yuck). So my doc told me to cut the pill in half and take half in the morning and half in evening and it worked. Good luck
