What’s in the best interest of a child is to be safe. The first question of whether a child should have contact with someone is are they safe - not are they related. #FamilyCourtAwarenessMonth

Did you #DressPurpleDay2021 today? This is what you supported: CAS to DV victim: "His violence toward you has no bearing on his ability to be a good father." Purple is the color of #DomesticViolenceAwareness. @our_children is not DV informed.

Until you or someone you know is in the unfortunate circumstance of seeking assistance from CAS, you won't understand just how much #DressPurpleDay2021 is about nothing but optics. ‼️@our_children routinely ignores abuse and fails to protect children.

Is this really about the CAS patting themselves on the back today for #DressPurpleDay2021 ? Perhaps less of this and more on making the CAS more accountable. Children are being harmed far too often for this kind of day of recognition. Start here with Keira, she deserved better.
This a photo of my daughter Keira who was murdered while under the “protection” of JFCS. Still to today’s date they refuse to apologize, modify their behaviour or take any accountability. Keira needed their help. Many other children need help. CAS is failing Ontario’s children.

The system is so broken. Every day the family court system and CAS fail children, refusing to update outdated frameworks to account for all forms of abuse and their potential to escalate. Our children deserve better @YorkRegionCAS @DrFullertonMPP @fordnation #forlittlekeira

It may not have been your intention but that has been the outcome. This honestly is such a disservice to all of us who are currently being abused by the system as it is right now. CAS, Family court all perpetrate abuse of survivors and their children

It's not child abuse prevention month anymore because these idiots don't want to protect children from child abuse. Just shove it under the rug, hand children to abusers and pretend they aren't in danger. #dresspurpleday
Why it’s not Child Abuse Prevention Month anymore and a call to join Dress Purple Day 2021. Hear from our CEO, Nicole Bonnie, about how this year's #DressPurpleDay campaign is different: ow.ly/8FYC50Gq0oF #DressPurpleDay2021 #IDressPurpleBecause

@fordnation @JustinTrudeau @our_children @YRP you are all trying so hard to look like you help victims but you don’t. Wearing purple doesn’t help. What ACTIONS are you taking to ensure safety of children? #cas endangers kids to benefit abusers.
Today is #DressPurpleDay2021. Members of our Special Victims Unit, who work tirelessly to investigate child abuse, wore their best purple duds to support victims and vulnerable children and families. Learn more at oacas.org/dresspurpleday #IDressPurpleBecause

Friends, Halton CAS retweeted this regarding the importance of protecting our most vulnerable. This is such a sick joke considering my evidence of malicious misconduct, including their lies to Police as they tried to facilitate my child’s suicide. I’m starting to get louder…

Do any of these mayor's/politians know what they are supporting? Or did they just see the #DressPurpleDay hashtag and jump on the bandwagon?
Todays is #DressPurpleDay in Ontario. Let’s show our support for Children’s Aid Societies and raise awareness for the well-being of Ontario’s children, youth, and families in our communities. I was proud to wear my purple jacket at our weekly presser this morning. @PeelCAS

How does this help survivors? October is Domestic Violence MONTH! What should be happening is law makers changing legislation so this MONTH OF AWARENESS isn't needed. The IPV and DV just plainly is not tolerated by society anymore.

@fordnation @CASofHamilton @YorkRegionCAS This day is insane and so pathetic that you resort to this optical, performative display when the reality is that CAS does nothing to protect kids and in fact, traffics them to their abusers, taking them from safe homes. #dobetter
If you cared about children @Sflecce then you would know that @our_children puts children in danger and places them with their abusers (for profit). #DressPurpleDay is all optics. We need REAL change. Not purple shirts and pumpkins. Kids are abused and murdered w/ help of CAS.

What exactly are you supporting? Domestic violence awareness or agencies that allow children toe abused? #DressPurpleDay
Tonight the #CNTower will also be lit purple for "Dress Purple Day" / Ce soir la #TourCN sera également illuminée en violet pour « Dress Purple Day »

Dear @HaltonCas The DV survivors in Ontario would like an apology for this #DressPurpleDay2021. You used the color of DV awareness during national DV awareness month. This is insulting, tasteless and a insult to #dvsurvivors and their children that you claim to care about.
Reality Of Abuse retweeted
#DressPurpleDay2021 is an insult to the children @our_children has failed to protect, and to DV survivors. Purple is the color of #DomesticViolenceAwareness and October is #DomesticViolenceAwarenessMonth. But @our_children already knew that.

Absolutely disgusting. Purple is the colour of DV awareness and its national DV month but these tone deaf idiots want to hijack both.
Did you #DRESSPURPLE today? We’re wearing purple to make sure families in our community know we are here to help. Our Society supports the message that we all have a role to play in supporting children, youth, and families facing challenges. #IDressPurpleBecause
