100% agree! I was actually helping the family before she came marching on the plane at 4:50am telling me I did something wrong/ my seat had changed/ yelled at me when I asked how I was supposed to know (my boarding pass says 14D). Not exactly the customer service I expect… 🤷🏼♀️ – at Colorado, USA
