@MsMayraOrozco and I are so excited for our first book of the year for @IrvingBowie_MS Parent Book Club! “The Firekeeper’s Daughter” by @FineAngeline books arrived yesterday and our first meeting is Oct 15th!
Our 8th grade classes got to do Library BINGO to help them remember library expectations and where to find their favorite books! We even planted some hints around to help them! It was a great day of collaborations and review! Also, Bot-Tito got to make his intro this week!
Starting library orientation! 6th graders had a scavenger hunt to get to know our space and 8th graders had to use memory and teamwork to complete our library bingo card! Also, Dewey has a Number of the Month! 636, all about DOGS for Nat’l Dog Day coming up!
Excited to work with all of these wonderful librarians! Yay!

We have had a full library this week with so many engaging activities for our students to explore and enjoy!
