@santanderukhelp your banking app forced me to update it. I did and now the app won’t work. Opens, Face ID login runs then the app shuts down. Now I have no access to my banking

Obviously they didn’t. But this is the crap you get from MCS registered heat pump companies. They’re now ignoring the homeowners calls Just looking for someone reputable who wants to take a look at it for the homeowner. We do Vaillant controls but not heat pumps.

I know. Homeowner says this company always fits either a nest or a hive with Vaillant heat pumps!!!

That’s no problem. Thank you Just don’t want my customers who have AmbiSENSE upgrading as you’ve sent an email telling them to upgrade to the myVAILLANT app and the current app will be switched off soon

Thanks. That was my understanding. I’m running SensoCOMFORT and AmbiSENSE so want confirmation from Vaillant before upgrading. I also have several customers running the same system so don’t want them to try and end up losing AmbiSENSE control
