How can @SauravDassss & @AshutoshRanka be lodged in Tihar high security cell on suicide watch for 5 days for going to Jantar Mantar to unfurl flag? And BJP goons who beat up kids get bail in hours. Amit Shah has gone mad with fear & insecurity.
#WATCH | Delhi: AISA National President Neha Bora says, "Law and order are being flouted in every possible way. Ordinary citizens are treated as if they were hardened criminals, a practice that has persisted in this country for a long time. The current movement has clearly exposed how people are being detained, whether during the day or in the evening, held in custody throughout the night, and only released the following morning or evening. Under what authority is this justified? By what law or order is it permissible to keep detainees held in custody all night long? Legally, individuals, especially women, ought to be released after sunset, yet this is not happening. Furthermore, there is a new narrative being pushed, one of chaos and anarchy. What kind of chaos and anarchy? The one you unleashed in Central Delhi? The people of Delhi cannot even breathe a sigh of relief; whichever route they take to get to work, they find it blocked. You are spreading chaos and anarchy across the nation. Please, spare the people of India. Impeach Gyanesh Kumar and halt SIR, so that the ordinary citizens of this country can breathe a sigh of relief, feel at ease, and have their voting rights ensured."
She adds, "They (Police) demanded my name, address, and other details. For a long time, they wouldn't even let me speak or consult with a legal advisor (lawyer). Our lawyers spent 5–6 hours trying to reach me; it was only after we managed to call them that they were finally allowed to meet me. These are the kinds of things these people have been doing for a long time."
#WATCH | Delhi: AISA National President Neha Bora has been released from detention by the Delhi Police after completion of formal procedures under Section 65 of the Delhi Police Act.
She was detained under preventive sections on the evening of October 16.

Dangerous precedent being set by the Delhi Police.
Neha is detained past sunset. Abhijeet is detained without violating bond conditions. Their locations are unknown. This is an abduction, a flagrant violation of the law. India can clearly see who the real anarchists are.

VIDEO | Delhi: During a press conference after the INDIA bloc high-tea meeting at Lok Sabha LoP Rahul Gandhi’s residence, AISA president Neha Bora says, “When we say ‘We the People versus the BJP’, we are talking about one fight. We are talking about one common enemy, one enemy of the people of this country, one enemy of Indian democracy, one enemy of the Constitution, and the name of that enemy is the BJP. If the BJP thinks it can attack the foundations of democracy, and when people take to the streets to protest and demand their voting rights, their right to protest can also be taken away and they will remain silent, then the BJP has something else on its head. They can compromise democracy and what the Constitution stands for. They have never played a role in making India a democracy or in upholding the Constitution. But the common people of this country, who have fought and sacrificed their lives to make India a democracy and defend the Constitution, are not ready to settle for a stolen mandate or a compromised democracy...”

Thanks for an amazing rally INDIA & Indian citizens. The math is simple- Delhi police strength js 94,000 . Add 50,000 CAPF. Delhi alone has 1.4 crore SIR deletions. If India’s people get on the streets both Modi’s police & his goons are outnumbered. Jai Hind

A POWERFUL SCENE AT THE DELHI HIGH COURT! 🇮🇳🔥
Rahul Gandhi made an appeal today: If you cannot join the protest, resist in your own way. Express yourself. Make your voice heard. 🗿
And now, advocates at the Delhi High Court have gathered to read the Preamble, protesting the alleged police brutality and detention of fellow lawyers.
This is what constitutional resistance looks like! 🇮🇳✊🏽
