Had to charge my car @shell_india.
Did a top up of rs.467 through shell recharge india app via phonepe.
transaction was successful but the credits didn't show up in app. support said it will be refunded but i haven't received any refund yet.

Had to do another recharge to get the credits. As you can see from the attached pics the 467rs top up is missing. @Shell_India

Put in a request to shift connection 2 weeks ago. ETA on the ticket was 28th august. called support on 1st september. still havent got a call from agenst to shift the connection yet.

I have detailed tracking of fuel expenses of my 2022 Polo 1.0 tsi. Since mandatory e20 roll out, the fuel economy has gone down by 10-15%. Where as recent fuel price hikes made the cost per km go up by 25%.

A YouTuber named Rider Veer Ji conducted a mileage test on a 2.5-year-old Skoda Slavia 1.5 TSI Manual, comparing E20 Petrol and XP100 Petrol.
• E20 Petrol (20% Ethanol, ₹112/L)
• XP100 Petrol (0% Ethanol, ₹167/L)
Test 1: 5L E20 Petrol
• Average Speed: 57 km/h
• Distance: 97 km
• Mileage: 19.2 km/l
Test 2: 5L XP100 Petrol
• Average Speed: 61 km/h
• Distance: 116 km
• Mileage: 23.2 km/l
Result:
XP100 covered 19 km more on the same 5 litres, delivering around 21% better mileage in this test.
Govt claim: E20 reduces mileage by 3–5%.
This test: ~19–21% lower mileage with E20.

Currently I'm using Amsoil PI every 10k kms and Iftex system G with every refuel. Iftex does help with timing retardation but doesn't fix it completely.
Will have to experiment with other additives but none are cost efficient.

Hey @nothingindia I have Ear (2024). Great pair of tws earbuds, had them replaced under warranty a while ago. But i hadn't taken the original box with me for replacement so I got only the case and buds not the box so I don't have the smaller size tips. Where can I buy them?

Dear @UberIN_Support,
The driver has arrived at pickup spot but declined to go to the destination as it's far for him. Asked me to cancel the ride but if I do cancel it I'll get cancellation charges.
Also @Uber @Uber_India @UberIN_Support why is there no way for me to get help for the booked ride. So if I'm solely using uber app, and the driver doesn't cancel ride I'm stuck.
This is not the first time you have scammed me for your drivers fault. This has been ongoing for a really long time. Recent one was on April 23rd. Yet no refund or action. Your @ola_supports is just a facade that exists to respond on social media not address actual problems.

This is the support @bhash @ola_supports gives when we try to refute the cancellation charges when the driver deined to go without paying upfront. Your inability to take action or refund the cancellation charges is mind-blowing.
