ALT The Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) field has grown in fits, spits and bursts since 2009. The silence of Hidradenitis Suppurativa however, remains central on any arena you can imagine. We now have multiple organizations, overlapping initiatives, shifting leadership claims, evolving narratives, and a public record that doesn’t always align with how the story is told. For a disease community that deserves trust, accuracy, and stability, this fragmentation creates unnecessary confusion. It’s time for something different. A Forensic Transparency Engine for HS could help bring structure to the chaotic HS ecosystem ..It will only have one flaw, it cannot create history from nothing.
