We now have multiple organizations, overlapping initiatives, shifting leadership claims, evolving narratives, and a public record that doesn’t always align with how the story is told. For a disease community that deserves trust, accuracy, and stability, this fragmentation creates unnecessary confusion. It’s time for something different. A Forensic Transparency Engine for HS could help bring structure to the chaotic HS ecosystem ..It will only have one flaw, it cannot create history from nothing.
