Replying to @RTWCS
I have sent an email of support for listing this building to Heritage England - hopefully that will help in their decision to save it.

We do have the wonderful Tunbridge Wells Equitable Friendly Society banner though. With the best tag line ever - 'Sickness is ever present, Death comes to all'. They believed in telling it like it is in those days!

There are additional water stations now as we’ve opened one at The Amelia Scott for town centre residents who can’t get to the others. There is also one at B&M for grab-bags of water (not suitable for drinking). tunbridgewells.gov.uk/news/2…

Seriously?! For me, this raises serious issues around future planning and infrastructure given the enormous building requirements set by the government for #TunbridgeWells @TWellsCouncil @ThreshedThought Regency, Victorian sewage & water structure for 21 century living. Actions?
Boil water for the next 10 days..if you want to drink it! #TunbridgeWells (from Radio Kent interview with man in charge of SE Watrer, water quality)

Here is the latest info I have extracted from South East Water:   * Water supply should resume tonight I have spoken with South East Water again today. I am not confident that water supplies will be fully restored during the day today despite their promises to me yesterday. South East Water told me that water supplies would resume today, but the network will only reopen properly at 6pm. Therefore, it is their current expectation that it will take until 6am on Tuesday for all properties to have their supply restored. A small number of localised properties may still experience issues beyond that time. When the water supply returns, you may experience discolouration or the water may appear cloudy or white. If your water looks brown in colour, please don't worry as it is not harmful. This happens when small particles of iron within the mains are disturbed. If you fill a glass of water and it clears from the bottom upwards then this means your water is just a little more aerated than usual. Simply run the water from your cold kitchen tap until the water is clear. I will continue to share the latest information I have throughout the day – the best place to get immediate updates is my Twitter feed @ThreshedThought – don’t worry if you don’t have Twitter – you can search for that feed in a web browser and it will come up.   * Bottled water stations Three bottled water distribution sites are up and running again today at the following locations: ·       Knight’s Park Odean Cinema, post code TN2 3UW ·       St John’s Sports Centre, post code TN4 9TX ·       RCP Car Park on Major York’s Road, post code TN2 5TP These sites will remain stocked and staffed until 10pm today. These sites are busy, but new deliveries of bottled water to these sites will continue throughout the day and through to tomorrow.   Priority Service Register Customers South East Water have reassured me that deliveries to those on the Priority Register will continue today. If you are a South East Water Priority Customer and need a bottled water delivery because you cannot get to a distribution site, then please call 0333 000 0365. If you are still not receiving please reply to this email and tell me your name address, and reason for being on the priority register and I will get it over to SE Water.
