#Nifty is 1.5% from ATH. While half of the index weightage (RIL, HDFC, Infy, Kotak, HUL, SBI) is negative YTD. Disproportionate amount of money is finding it's way into lower weightage large caps and the broader markets. Mid, Small and Micros going up is like the tail wagging the dog. Unless the heavies chip in, the overall upside in the Nifty seems limited. Moreover, including today, FIIs have sold 9000 crores this week and all four days Nifty has closed in the green. Conventional wisdom isn't working. Welcome to the world of daily expiries 🫡
