Good to get started on a new study looking at the effects of a BFR warm-up on performance today @RMBurge @Hytrotraining #bfr #warmup #performance
Always has put others first. Great person. Great coach. @aideen_sinnott 👏🏼👏🏼
She will shy the limelight (and hate this) & is one of the most under estimated athletics coaches in 🇮🇪 but the rock in our group is @aideen_sinnott, on #IWD & every day, rain, hail or shine. Not surprising when you see the long line of strong Wexford women she came from

Key themes for shoulder rehab from @edel_fanning & @PhysioJaney 1) Use data that informs modifiable training factors. 2) Use strength’s sub-categories i.e., reactive str/RFD for RTP prognosis 3) address rotational IR:ER end-range strength #SSCRTP2020
Looking forward to hearing @edel_fanning present on the ‘Role of 3D biomechanical analysis in the management of the athletic shoulder’. IMO, her research’s been a game changer for upper limb RTP assessment 💪🏼 @sscsportsmed #SSCRTP2020

Enjoyed this from @DocSoph @ALTIS
Is lumberpelvic control an insufficient term (I prefer LP dissociation)is it more useful to view the pelvis as a gimble for the torso 🤩
Torso remains stable whilst the pelvis is dropping/rising/rotating to enhance force expression/orientation
