Ticketmaster not letting me sign in AND saying they can’t find the event I’m looking for the time on the website is one hour behind- would I try at 10am?

I’ve written to all @woodbrhigh parents today to set out our 2023-24 budget position. It is not good news. I urge all those who love our school to campaign for us. Without more money, I am worried that staffing cuts are coming. Young people, and ultimately society, will suffer.

There wouldn’t be any panic buying if the media didn’t keep going on about driver shortages. Sheeple just following what others are doing. Have you learnt nothing from lockdown looroll??
‘We’re all marking late at night’: teachers on England’s new grading system theguardian.com/education/20… final paragraph of the article made me laugh! Support for teachers?? All we’ve had are past exam papers, readily available to pupils and only 1 set of previously unseen material.

@BBCElaine Is this something you could report on? I don’t think the public know the extent of the mess to exams this year. Our school are paying £100,000 in exam board fees - for what? Teachers are using past papers to set assessments &mark them in order to help determine grades

And I’ll be staying at school late tomorrow to standardise the marking of these assessments (& doing the same every Weds of this half term) & then I’ll be marking them...all work I’d get paid for in a normal year when I mark for the exam boards. Teacher workload right now is 🤯
This is on top of our normal teaching and marking work load. Exam boards have not produced any new assessment material, so the past questions used are readily available to pupils! It’s a farce!
