Thank you @RussellCooke for your support!
Yesterday we were proud to sponsor the @RBKhalf! Our team of runners all did very well; Arnie Isaacson, Martin Rackstraw, Paul Greatholder & Tom Bond all ran along with friends & family. They were cheered on by a group of RC supporters from our gazebo in Kingston market square

Our @racepacing pacers don't just pace. They encourage, occasionally entertain, but most of all try to enhance the experience for runners and help them enjoy the experience too. @sportygirl_85 @RBKhalf

10 months ago I was an overweight 49yr old bloke, drinking & eating my way to ill health.I decided, ENOUGH. Today, 50,over 4 stone lighter, and healthier I ran a 1:56 half marathon. Its NOT for Kudos,it’s to show anyone, you can do it too #run #changewhoyouare #health #ukrunchat

Buzzing to take the win & smash my PB @RBKhalf today! Pushed hard all the way but clocked 69.11 on what was a perfect day for it after a morning downpour! Thanks to organisers & marshals for a top race as usual and to the guys @upandrunninguk for some class prizes!🙌 @UKRunChat
