Different parts of Texas feel like different parts of the country because we are so dang big. Eastern side is DEFINITELY southern. South eastern is a lot like Louisiana. North eastern is more like Arkansas. Western Texas is more like New Mexico or Colorado. Southern tip of Texas is more like Mexico. All that really matters is that we are all Texan, so we are all awesome. 😀
