So my local is now charging $2 more for a coffee to cover the previously 20c charge for paying by card ? Real landlord behaviour

Love that this tweet reached the exact people it’s about and they are still so illiterate that they don’t understand what you’re saying.

I absolutely hate making a fuss at restaurants but I would absolutely be sending this back.

Well. That happened. This week, the gang comforts Cass as we discuss the 2026 Grand Final and complete our post mortem. We rave about Kylie, boo Lachie Neale and try and find someone to blame for those final 4 minutes. Listen now! linktr.ee/falconfootypod

ITS JUST THE GOOD GUY DEFENCE. ARE THEY TAKING THE PISS?!
Reasons: In regard to whether 'exceptional and compelling circumstances' provision can apply to Neale's benefit. We find that the Tribunal did err in having regard to whether the conduct was intentional. We accept the position of Neale in his written submissions that the intentional aspect was an element of the charge which had already been established. The relevant inquiry was whether, despite the charge having been established, there was exceptional and compelling circumstances. In this case, that was Neale's record. We find that Neale's record is exemplary, and that he should be afforded the benefit of the provision. In conclusion, we allow the appeal. We order that Neale instead be fined $10,000.

Happy Grand Final week, friends! Cass is up and about, as expected. We also follow the Lachie Neale tribunal, unpack the Brownlow and discuss our favourite Kylie songs. **we had some issues with the record, apologies if the audio is a bit off this week! linktr.ee/falconfootypod

The Tribunal is still deliberating. We'll now give highly paid athletes $50,000 (nearly half the average Australian yearly salary) for a really good mark and goal, rather than donate it to a charity of the player’s choice.

Another classic episode of the Falcon. Do you know the rules to fight club ? #AFLFINALS
With only 2 games last week, we filled the gaps with chat about player movements (Chris is pretty excited about Butters, to say the least), and try and understand compo picks; share our thoughts on the NFL game and then we finally let Cass gush about Freo linktr.ee/falconfootypod

You know a lot of people say that crows fans are babies defending blackface and can’t take a joke but, hang on I’m being handed a note. Oh, oh no, no no no

I think there is still hope for Salem but only because I have a theory that he’s still building back after his health stuff. Viney is just a sad one. Never say never but I also don’t want him wasting away if he can do better elsewhere.
