I think the biggest thing holding me back is my fear of being annoying, not knowing what to say, or reaching out too much.
In design, this has definitely impacted me because of a mentor who didn't respond to half my messages unless they needed something.

Main issue with this year was lack of motivation. I was told things that didn't end up happening and I got excited for them which lead to dissappointment. One thing I've learned to understand this year is to celebrate once you have it.
Happy New Years, thank you to my friends.
2014: I was 11/12 :\
2015: Got a PS4
2016: Met some of my best friends online
2017: Started HS and got my first PC, started designing
2018: Got my first IRL job
2019: Started @ EsportsGear

Would recommend for anyone looking for talent.
Crow has been a pleasure to work with for the majority of the year across multiple events and titles, and is one of the most respectful people I've had the opportunity to put on my overlays.
Look no further for your next caster.
Your boy's Valorant/League of Legends play by play commentary reel for 2021. Full version on YT. Retweets appreciated. 🖤🔥😈 youtu.be/gGLGytmAmmw
Was working with Macrohard on some graphics, but I don't think I'll be finishing the project.
Here's an unofficial post-match screen.

Been having a great time casting league lately for both my own org and VG, if anyone knows of any leagues looking for a caster I'd love to have a chance to cast more league. Pref PBP but have plenty of game knowledge to color as well.
I don't think my players understand how much I love em and how proud of them I am sometimes... my victories are their victories.
They're the first people I run to when I wanna show something off. Every time they win, it's the best feeling in the world.
Feeling like a proud dad.
