Thought I'd make it official: #RQLA was my last event as Lead Producer on @riftboundop and the end to ~4.5yrs at Liquid Media (after leaving and coming back😅) I've met so many kind, talented people across different countries/cities. My next thing is pretty cool too though👍🏾

so then I sent 100+ cold DMs on twitter for work/collabs and I cold messaged 10+ esports companies and media sites, earning myself roles at PAX, E3, an esports tech company, and a bunch of publications I freelanced for years, moved to china, got laid off twice... but I pushed on

i spent five years in esports journalism, often stuck in bed past 6pm due to intense stomach pain from the stress of the work hours, hateful fans, and financial instability when i got laid off, all my stomach problems went away in under 2 weeks. unemployment was less stressful🙂

Bologna -> Vegas in a week and a half 😵‍💫 The hardest part about putting these videos together is how many cool fans we get to speak with. Feels like our team is pushing what TCG event coverage can look like. Hope youve enjoyed! Next is Lille and Atlanta in April🥐

Last month I was made aware my role as Senior Creative Producer at Liquid Media has been eliminated. I took the break to go offline, spend time with family, and celebrate my engagement. Now I'm officially looking for FT work! > Producer, Strategist, Writer [email protected]
