Voting Democrat or Republican is the illusion of choice This is what you are getting:
AIPAC congratulates the hundreds of pro-Israel Democrats and Republicans who won their elections last night. More than 234 candidates supported by AIPAC members have already won, with many additional races still too close to call. We congratulate Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer and House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries on the resounding victories for their caucuses. AIPAC members are determined to expand their political activism in the cycles ahead. Our community will increase its support for Democrats and Republicans who recognize that a strong partnership with Israel helps keep both countries secure, advances peace and stability, promotes democratic values, and grows our economy through trade and innovation.

The Western left is driving civilization into a wall. Not out of malice. Out of comfort. To understand how we got here, you have to go back to one man: Antonio Gramsci. Gramsci was an Italian communist imprisoned by Mussolini. From his cell, he understood something Marx had missed: in the West, the revolution would never come from the factories. Workers were too attached to their culture, their religion, their family, their nation. To take power, you first had to take the culture. Schools, universities, media, art. He called it cultural hegemony. Win the minds before you win the ballot box. Decades later, the left applied the method to the letter. What a German activist would later call the long march through the institutions. But one intellectual weapon was still missing. It came from France. In the 1970s, a generation of French thinkers, Foucault, Derrida, Deleuze, Lyotard, produced something both fascinating and toxic. Everything is a social construct. All truth is a power relationship. Grand narratives are dead. Reason itself is suspect. It was brilliant. It was also a philosophy of decadence. A civilization that produces intellectuals whose job is to prove it has no value is a civilization that has begun to dissolve. These ideas crossed the Atlantic. They were rebranded as French Theory on American campuses. And they mutated. That mutation is wokism. Wokism is deconstruction applied to everything. The world is no longer divided between true and false, but between oppressors and oppressed. Merit becomes privilege. Science becomes opinion. The West becomes the universal culprit. And anyone who objects is silenced. This is where comfort comes in. These ideas cost nothing to the people who hold them. The tenured professor, the downtown executive, the Parisian columnist never bear the consequences of what they defend. They are luxury beliefs. You buy a clean conscience for free, and someone else pays the bill. But an ideology of deconstruction can't build anything. It needs an electoral base. The working class had already left for the right. So the left went looking for a new people. It found one in its alliance with political Islam. In France, it has become visible. According to Ifop, 69% of Muslim voters backed Mélenchon in the first round of the 2022 presidential election. An openly embraced electoral strategy, built on indulgence toward Islamism in the name of fighting Islamophobia. It's the most absurd alliance in political history. On one side, a left that defends feminism, LGBT rights, secularism and sexual freedom. On the other, an ideology that rejects every one of those values. They share only one thing: hatred of the West as it is. How does it end? History has already answered. In 1979, in Iran, the Iranian left, communists and Marxists included, allied with the Islamists to overthrow the Shah. They thought they were using Khomeini. A few years later, they were imprisoned, exiled or executed. The Islamists had used the left as a stepping stone, then eliminated it. That's the blind spot of this whole structure. In an alliance between an ideology that doubts everything and an ideology that doubts nothing, the one that doubts nothing always wins. The first victims of Islamism won't be conservatives. They'll be free women, gay people, atheists, artists, intellectuals. Exactly the people the left claims to protect. They are sawing off the branch they're sitting on. And they don't even realize it. Because comfort makes you blind. When you've never known scarcity, you think freedom is a natural state. It isn't. It was built, century after century, by a civilization that believed in reason, in truth, and in itself. Deconstructing that civilization means deconstructing the only conditions under which the left itself can exist.

MAGA got hijacked
Deranged MAGA loyalist losing it over Tucker's 10-point plan for America...

My only hope is that since the NDAA is way ahead of schedule, 219 was rolled in on purpose to make it to Trumps desk for a veto... This would basically be political theatre to score support from the American people which is severely lacking. Just a hope though...
Final vote total for the NDAA today which tragically merges our military technology and supply chains with Israel’s. Let’s hope this version fails in the Senate because Section 219 is a betrayal of our sovereignty.

In theory it would be a smoke screen for the, "israel owns Trump" crowd Defenders of Trump could point to the veto and say, "If he was owned by israel why would he veto this?" Supporters will celebrate, "Dont doubt Trump, trust the plan"... As the war wages on....

Long post: I finally finished that Citizen Vigilante movie and I really didn't want to say any more about it, but I feel like I have to so I can clear my own mind. Ive seen people say the movie was Amazing and should win an Oscar BS the movie was garbage And to that people will say well it wasn't good but it spreads awareness BS awareness to who? If there was someone who had no idea what was going on I wouldn't show them some garbage, weird, parody, wannabe punisher movie and be like, "Now do you get what's going on?" So, I'm left wondering who this movie was for? And to that I have seen people say well its cathartic... Which to that I say hypocrisy! Because yall will make fun of black people for all their weird murder porn movies where black people are going around murdering white people... So, I'm left wondering why they made this movie and who is it for? Because I feel like this movie was so bad that it actually does an injustice to the justice people claim they want. And I just had to get this off my chest because I see so many people lying and saying its good, but we don't do that around here... I'd love to know what other people think because I wouldn't recommend this movie to anyone...

A politician is an interesting job because it seems like the one profession you actually get worse with experience.

I want to like Trump I want to like Vance I want to like Rubio If this administration can flip the script and use this conflict to cut ties with israel and restore our national sovereignty, then IMO we will have won the war regardless of whatever deal we make with Iran
