Don't run with a dog that's too young... Dogs don't cool as well as us, make sure they don't get heat stroke trying to keep up.. start them running the same way as we would..train them to run to"heel" and train recall too.

Having fun and testing yourself during the journey! – at Falkirk, Scotland

Yesterday we talked about the arrival fallacy with our coached athletes. This fallacy occurs when we assume achieving a goal will deliver us coveted happiness in perpetuity. Yes, have race goals. But watch what happens when you focus on the journey, not the destination.

An absolute standout listen guys, genuinely one of those ones that seemed to be over in no time. Really liked Paul’s description of positive mental attitude when he knew he was attacking WHW 👍

When we started back in 2020 this guest was on our hit list, 4 years later we’ve managed to pin him down for a chat. It’s well worth the wait. @pyllon is that man, and we are primed to unearth his story. Just who is Paul Giblin? Mon in and find oot... 1/2 linktr.ee/youngheartsrunfree…
