Did you see yesterday's edition of @MetroUK in Yorkshire? It carried a 4-page wraparound by YOPA online agents. If you'd like to do the same with the October issue of PROPERTY PAGES - at a fraction of the cost mind - please get in touch on 01924 493300.

Coming from a cutting edge #propetech innovator who is carving out a reputation for themselves- I'll take that. Thank you.

We were honoured to have been shown @Rummage4_prop with their main man @Robert_May_ if there's one thing we feel qualified to comment on, it’s presenting property data on a map in real time. Rummage 4 does this effortlessly. Incredibly insightful & pleasurable to use, great work!

"this allows my call centre staff to search my register better than they can run off a match in the CRM system. It's ideal for the weekend or locum staff too who can email a targeted selection of properties without really knowing the area or what's come on and off the market"

An agent listing all they can get at prices to schmooze a vendors ego is building a register of costs and commitments as well as a reputation for bad advice & inability to sell, but it will be failing to control their costs that will kill them, ahead of eroded fees

Ah, back in the good old days when I first started in agency. These days I weep at what it has become, especially the seeming ‘race to the bottom’ on fees and the ‘list at all costs’ mentality. So sad.

There was a time when applicants spoke to agents, agents listened and deciphered what they were asked for into a selection of properties that closest fitted the request.
An agent would do their best to downplay the omissions and overcome objections to sell them what they'd got.
