Identify the causes of stress: What’s happening in your life? What can you change? What can’t you change? 3. Look after your mental health: Exercise, good quality sleep, and time in nature can all help reduce stress. 4. Practice mindfulness: Mindfulness exercises can help some of us to manage stress. 5. But many of us find it tough to talk about our feelings.

MindSpace is brilliant. Our volunteers create space for people to talk and be heard without the need to “fix”, in the comfortable setting of a gentle walk. If you would like to help we have volunteer opportunities now! ⬇️⬇️⬇️💙💙💙
