It has been our pleasure to celebrate the supported internship programme and the excellent graduates. It was fascinating to hear about the work @W_BOSWORTH_N has been carrying out in the area and the impact it is having on the young people involved. @ISENDCluster

Notable from last night’s Lesson Study session was an inspiring discussion 🌟with a teacher about the benefits of not ability setting for young people with profound & multiple learning disabilities. Age grouping is supporting the development of deeper levels of peer collaboration
👏Great working with the teachers on their Lesson Study projects yesterday twilight - looking forward to catching up with a 2nd Lesson Study group tonight.
Yesterday the theme of the evening became the power of pupil voice - what a difference listening 👂makes.

📈Action Research empowers teachers to develop their inclusive practice - moving from #inclusive values and ideas, into researching inclusive actions.
🙋♂️Action Research helps to centralise the voices of parents/carers and children and young people, ensuring that #inclusion removes barriers and is meaningful.
👨🏫👩🏫👨🏫Action Research is collaborative, working together as a community of practice.
