Bees don’t build alone — they build together.
Just like the RECCE community.
Each connection, job lead, or check-in makes the hive stronger.
Community supporting community. That’s how we thrive. 👊🏼 🐝

Well…26.2 miles done. ✔️ time of 4:17 which I’m happy with considering I was one of the last wave of runners to start.. crowd were INCREDIBLE…YOU HAVE ALL BEEN INCREDIBLE. I honestly didn’t want it to end. I smiled the whole way! And to top it off my best mate and her other half travelled all the way from Sheffield to surprise me and also got to see my fellow crewmate Bex who also came to support. Genuinely made the whole day better. 🩷 What an honour to run for @CombatStress who were there at mile 22 just when I needed them! What. A. DAY 🏃♀️💫💪👊😀
First meeting under way. Then @DWPgovuk collaboration. Let’s go 👊🏼

I have no shame in saying this……
I see a therapist
Why do we feel in the UK that this is a bad/weak thing?
I look at therapists as performance coaches. If I’m firing on all cylinders then I can perform at my best for my family, my friends and my businesses.
Anyone else currently see a therapist or are considering seeing one?

Now, he's setting off on an incredible record breaking SOLO sailing journey across the Pacific Ocean.
He is raising funds for @Blesma and @Turn2Starboard

After supporting over 300 veterans into construction careers, we're scaling up our impact in 2025. Our limited network of ambassadors has been crucial to this success, but we're just getting started.
This Wednesday's meeting is your chance to shape how we transform more veterans' lives. We'll be discussing:
- The groundbreaking Employment Rendezvous platform
- New Pathways into Construction courses
- Expanding our partnership with industry leaders like Balfour Beatty & Sunbelt Rentals
Join the 70% of our ambassadors who've already confirmed their attendance. Your experience in both military and civilian sectors makes you uniquely qualified to guide the next generation of veterans into industry.
Limited ambassador spots remaining in this network - confirm your attendance today and be part of something bigger than yourself. Together, we're building more than careers; we're building futures.
