We’ve received FDA IND clearance for CTx001, our lead gene therapy for Geographic Atrophy (GA).
We’re now entering the clinic with Opti-GAIN, a first-in-human Phase I/II trial.

This year's meeting in Loutraki, Greece marks another milestone in the longest running conference series devoted to complement structure, function, pathobiology and therapeutics.
It's already been 23 years (!) since the first meeting took place in Santorini back in 2001.
Meantime, our field has grown exponentially into new fascinating directions and complement therapeutics are gaining the spotlight in the clinical landscape with multiple approvals.
Looking forward to hearing about all these exciting developments (and more) at Loutraki!
