We’ve received FDA IND clearance for CTx001, our lead gene therapy for Geographic Atrophy (GA).
We’re now entering the clinic with Opti-GAIN, a first-in-human Phase I/II trial.

CTx001 is designed to modulate both classical and alternative complement pathways using a truncated CR1 (mini-CR1), delivered through AAV. A potentially durable, one-time treatment for GA, and this is just the start.
