You literally just did it with the Harvard case. You are asserting that the people deploying DEI policies did but that is conjecture; there are few examples and even less proven cases where that is really happening.

Re-Read my first post in this chain you replied to, specifically addressing hiring and noting people like you muddling DEI with Affirmative action. The Harvard case was primarily about admissions, not hiring, and 100% about affirmative action NOT DEI. The FAA cases are still only unproven allegations, but the hiring practices were changed to combat any potential mis-application of DEI or discrimination through assessment testing... Because DEI hiring is still legally required to be merit based and choosing an applicant based on race over another applicant is illegal.

The biggest problem with DEI is that the Dems allowed the right to falsely equate it to affirmative action. DEI in contrast, in terms of hiring, is a merit based system. If a woman or a minority is "a DEI hire" that means that they and the employer benefited from a wider hiring net and they were better qualified than the white male applicants. Dems should have fought this narrative and set the record straight and at this point they still should.

Gomez is an F'ing PSYCOPATH. Is she advocating for extrajudicial killings? Legal executions cost significantly more than lifetime imprisonment, which is significantly more than deportation, even at the inflated deportation prices we are paying due to Trumps poor management.

Schumer is not a leader, and he hasn't ever been a leader. He hasn't fought for Americans' priorities... he's taken the easy way out. A leader rallies the people behind them when they have a seemingly impossible fight while Schumer just gives up... on cannabis, on healthcare, on minimum wage, and so on.

REMINDER: Schumer is one of the primary reasons we have Trump now... his failure to attempt to come through on populous issues is his biggest failure until now. Because he cannot lead, rally the people, and fight for what we the people actually want... he focused on bipartisan legislation that ends up being denigrated by the right and while leaving the democratic base deflated. Long past time for Schumer to go.
