This past weekend, PrimeHPI Sports Scientist Cam Daly proved he’s no stranger to pushing limits — completing the Sani2C stage race across 271km of rugged terrain.
At the same time, EADP athlete Zakithi Nene who he does strength & conditioning with was flying the flag high in China, anchoring Team South Africa to GOLD in the Men’s 4x400m Relay at the World Relay Championships! 🥇🇿🇦
