Good morning Fellow Architects🙂↕️🙂↕️
Getting Codeguardian in front of people has been tough. Kindly help a brother retweet 🤲🏾🤲🏾
Codeguardian is a Revit-native plug-in I built that helps check for several basic Architectural conditions including areas relating to egress, doors, windows and other code requirements.
While Architects are designing, Codeguardian helps identify potential Compliance problems so they don't become expensive redesigns or permitting delays
Here is the link

I'm grateful and hope to serve you more🙏🏾
If you are encountering code compliance problems, plug-in Codeguardian into Revit

Spend time with your siblings while you can. One day, everyone will be busy building their own lives, and these random moments together will become memories you wish you could relive

Since we’re on the topic of contextual Architecture, I decided to create a video to break down what it really means for a building to be contextual.
If you like content like this retweet and follow me so you don’t miss any 😌
For those of you asking me what I mean by contextual Architecture; this is the Maxcanu train station in Mexico.
It doesn’t stand out too much within its immediate environment even though the design is a contemporary one. Elements like the roof eaves also help protect the building envelope.
This is what contextual Architecture looks like. You’re welcome 😇

A house designed and built with locally available materials and in response to its immediate environment and climate will always feel like peace and calm.
The use of large openings to allow sufficient light and air flow through the building, clerestory windows that aid passive cooling techniques by allowing hot air pass out of the building, vegetation that filters dust making the air cleaner 🍃 all come together to provide maximum end user comfort.
Before you ask how to protect from rain - extended roof eaves is the answer.
