PREDICT requires participants having to log all of their food, snacks, and drinks during the 2 week period at home 🥗. This helps us better understand how different foods affect their metabolism. We think we’ve got some pro food photographers on our hands here! What do you think?

Did you know? We share 99.3% of our DNA with other humans, but we only have 10-30% of or gut microbiome in common. Our unique gut microbiome is key to our highly #personalised response to the foods that we eat 🥐🥗🌮
