I haven't used Claude Code or Codex CLI directly in 3 weeks. But I haven't stopped building.
Instead, my lead Grok @bot, Porter, acts as my chief of staff. He delegates to specialist Grok bots, which use Claude Code, Codex and Cursor on my behalf.
For the first couple of hours each day, I often don't even open my laptop. I talk to Porter on my phone while having coffee, going for a walk, or working out.
Mostly through voice calls or dictation with @FluidVoiceApp.
There are still plenty of rough edges to work out, but I really like this way of working.
It seems clear that we're moving toward a world where we spend less time operating AI tools directly and more time directing agents that operate them for us.

I didn't know how to set up Microsoft 365 Business for my company. My Grok Bot did the whole thing.
It added my company domain, walked the verification through, and moved my business email onto 365 without breaking the website I already had. I didn't touch a single admin screen.
It didn't stop there. My bot is now my IT guy. It owns the admin side every week: it checks the settings, tightens security when something's loose, keeps an eye on new threats, and tells me in plain English what it found.
The part I like is that nothing changes without me. It shows me each change first, explains why, and I just say yes or no.
I'm a one-man company. I don't have an IT department. Now I don't need one.

I set up a Grok Bot as my own IT guy for my UniFi home and business network. Here's what it did this week:
π Walled off my smart-home gadgets from my office and camera networks with firewall rules
πΆ Tuned channels across 5 access points. My busiest one went from 84% congested to about 50%, with no dropouts
π‘οΈ Helped me turn on 2FA, found an old login session, and moved my Wi-Fi to WPA3 without knocking my card terminals offline
πͺ Figured out why my HomeKit garage opener kept dropping and fixed it
It saved a backup and asked me before every change.

Literally every business needs an implementation specialist. Every. Single. One. So much opportunity to reduce repetitive, manual, boring, and tedious work so that businesses can focus on what matters - saving time and driving more revenue.

Introducing Agent Tincan. Let your AI agents ask each other for help.
Your agents each have a superpower. Grok Bot is always on in the cloud. Muse makes phone calls and has access to Meta. Instinct runs in iMessage. Codex and Claude Code have your code. ChatGPT and Claude have your chats.
But they can't talk to each other, so you're the copy-paste. Now they can, all securely over Tailscale.
π Ask Grok Bot to have Muse call the restaurant
πΌ Get an image from ChatGPT, from any agent
π Pull a detail out of an old Claude chat
π Talk to Codex on your primary development machine
Runs on your own private Tailscale network. No open ports, nothing leaves it. Open source.
Setup is agent-first: paste one message into your always-on agent and it sets up the rest.

Codex isnβt just for writing code. It just rescued my storage.
My 1TB Mac was 80% full.
180 GB reclaimable. One prompt.
macOS couldnβt even tell me what βSystem Dataβ was.
Codex broke it all down:
β’ duplicate AI models
β’ rebuildable caches
β’ app media I forgot existed
For the actual cleanup, I use πΉ Mole, a CLI tool that cleans, uninstalls, and optimizes your Mac from the terminal.

I bought a stack of iPhone 6/6s from eBay to use as dedicated devices around the house - e.g. wall switches.
Last night, I used Codex + GPT-5.5 + ImageGen 2 to build a few iOS apps for them, way more useful than wall switches.
You can just build things now. 1/n

Stop watching 45-minute Claude tutorials.
Everything you need is in this one image (save this):
1. Cowork Setup (Tips 1β10)
β Download the desktop app. Not the browser.
β Create one folder on your PC called 'COWORK'.
β 4 subfolders: About me, project, template, output
β Download anti-ai-style here: how-to-ai.guide.
β Subscribe for free. Open my welcome email.
β Hit the automatic reply button inside.
β Download anti-ai & my about me from my Notion.
2. Pick the Right Model (Tips 11β20)
β Opus 4.6 + Extended Thinking for complex tasks.
β Sonnet = quick edits. Haiku = scanning files.
β The model matters less than the prompt.
β Bad prompt on Opus > Great prompt on Haiku.
3. Prompting (Tips 21β30)
β Stop writing long prompts. Files > prompts.
β One task per prompt. One. Not five.
β Say "Does NOT sound like" to kill the AI voice.
β Give the task, not the method. Let it figure it out.
4. AskUserQuestion Tool (Tips 31β40)
β "Start with AskUserQuestion" in all 1st prompts.
β Claude builds you a clickable form. Click answers.
β It asks the right questions so you don't have to.
β If the direction is wrong, say it. It rebuilds.
5. Connectors (Tips 41β50)
β Settings β Connectors β Browse β Click "Add."
β Slack, Google Drive, Notion, Gmail. 50+ tools.
β Claude reads your actual files. No copy-pasting.
β Free on all plans. No extra cost. Just connect.
6. Plugins (Tips 51β60)
β Cowork β Customize β Browse β Install.
β Marketing, Legal, Sales, Data β pick your role.
β Type / to trigger any plugin command instantly.
β Customize to match your company and voice.
7. Claude in Excel (Tips 61β70)
β Install "Claude by Anthropic" from Microsoft Marketplace.
β It reads every tab. Explains formulas in English.
β Drop a PDF in. Claude extracts the tables for you.
β No macros. Claude highlights what it touches.
8. Projects & Teams (Tips 71β80)
β One Project per deliverable. Not per client.
β Upload a great example. It matches the standard.
β Convert one person first. Then scale to the team.
β Use the 15-minute demo. Show, don't tell.
9. Artifacts (Tips 81β90)
β Charts, dashboards, trackers - inside the chat.
β They work automatically in Cowork.
β Preview before you export. Edit it live. Then copy.
β Share with non-Claude users as HTML.
10. Advanced Mastery (Tips 91β100)
β Keep your files under 200 lines. Shorter is better.
β 80% of your file should be what you're NOT.
β Review outputs. Especially financial work.
β Claude does 80% busywork. You do the 20%.
