Jeff

Finally got out for a ride on my Kona Mt. Bike. It was long overdue #quadsquad

At least 2 for one in the #runchathunt #bodyofwater #sunset and I'm sure there are some nice, native wildflowers in there too. #stillwerun #stillirun #t1dwarrior @ROADiD #gratitude

A PR @ Hyner 50K! Tons of vert and rocky, technical fun. #runpa @patraildogs

Or sandals! Don't ask me how many I have. #4realz 😁👣❤️💯

@legwars2023 Trail running and ultra running in sandals is the best for #legwars #trailrunning #ultrarunning #creekrunning #sandalrunning

#LegWars2023 Just tossing this out there! #hellyes 👍🏼💪🏼🦵👣

No medals. I actually like it that way, but I did get an awesome hoodie, tech tee, sweet socks and a #hynerhat 👍😁 #patraildogs #rocksylvania #hynertrailchallenge #hynertrailchallenge50K #revibegear @revibegear @patraildog #gratitude

Starting my weekend right with the most beautiful beer I've ever had. #4realz

Fun in the finally cooler temps! YAY I didn't wear sandals today. LOL But I prolly could have.

Over 50+ here, I'm 60 and still running marathons, ultra - marathons, lifting and doing all the adventure things, like back-country skiing, #highpeaks, whitewater and more. We #t1dwarriors can do all things! 👍💪🦵🏃💯 ROCK ON!
