This has to be done by constitutional amendment because the hidebound republican legislature in Florida will never put it on the ballot, nor will they ever pass it as a law. This has nothing to do with him other than the fact that hemp interests are evidently financing the campaign against amendment three. If Ron DeSantis hadn't fucked up our current medicinal Marijuana program to make it expensive, restrictive, bureaucratic, cumbersome, and user unfriendly perhaps it wouldn't be necessary, but Ron DeSantis fucks up everything he touches because he's a mutant.
