@CatalystByZoho is pretty great. I use it for a lot of my internal tools at Zoho and you guys should definitely try it out. Its our version of Vercel, Cloudflare, Firebase, and AWS all in one. Our pricing is also incredibly competitive so devs should definitely give this a go. We're definitely not fully comparable to these giants but we're getting there and more people using the product and sharing their feedback is whats going to make that happen.
One of the early things we did at Zoho was build our own cloud infrastructure to run our applications. From databases, identity and messaging to search, storage and compute, we built it ourselves rather than depending on AWS or Google Cloud. We have opened this infrastructure to developers as Catalyst, our serverless platform. What started as a way to extend Zoho is now being adopted by developers outside the Zoho ecosystem as well. We are investing heavily in Catalyst and making it free for students, so they can build and deploy real applications without worrying about infrastructure costs. Our goal is to give developers the infrastructure to turn their ideas into real products. catalyst.zoho.com

One of the most important differences between building for the next quarter and building for the next decade is where you choose to invest. Instead of putting more capital into sales and marketing, we invested heavily in R&D and built our own technology capabilities. We relied more on organic, word-of-mouth growth. That is why we built our own cloud infrastructure instead of relying on public cloud like AWS or Google Cloud. When Zoho was small, building that cloud infrastructure looked like an unnecessary investment and distraction. But over time, it became a technology foundation that we could open up to developers through Catalyst, our serverless platform. The same long-term thinking continues today. We’re investing heavily in Catalyst and making it free for students, giving them infrastructure to build and deploy real applications without worrying about infrastructure costs. We’re also setting up Student Clubs in colleges. Not every investment has to create immediate revenue. Some investments create capabilities. Some create opportunities that may not become visible for years. That’s the difference between optimizing for the next quarter and building for the next decade.

That’s the part of the Catalyst story I love. It isn’t another dev product built on someone else’s cloud. It’s @Zoho opening up the infra we’ve built ground up & trusted to run our own products for decades. Catalyst puts that same foundation in the hands of developers & students

We’re grateful to the Honourable Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, for acknowledging our commitment and hard work. We remain committed to making businesses across the world work better. 🙏
#WATCH | Delhi: At the Republic TV Summit 2026, Prime Minister Narendra Modi says, "Sridhar Vembu is seated here. When our entrepreneurs operate with a 'Nation First' spirit and set their goals while understanding the country's needs, institutions are built, and the nation prospers. What has Sridhar Vembu achieved? I recently visited VivaTech in France. There must have been around 1.5-2 lakh young people present. The French President and I were visiting various stalls to see the work done by these young innovators. We visited the Zoho stall. I was amazed and felt a sense of pride to see the crowd of European youth gathered there. They were eager to understand this new global phenomenon. Perhaps it hasn't been discussed as much in India as I witnessed in France..." (Source: DD News)

Modi-hatred is almost a requirement to be called an "intellectual" in some circles. We have to counter them, so let's recall some history. Congress had left Punjab, Kashmir, Assam all burning. The Naxal menace had made middle India ungovernable. Bihar and UP had become lawless. Bengal stagnated and deteriorated. Today, Bengal has been rescued from the lawless TMC. For the first time since my childhood, we can discuss development and progress in all these states. We can disagree on specific paths to development, but at least we get to have that conversation. These achievements did not happen magically. They required a lot of hard work and sacrifice - and all of it happened democratically. Let us not forget that Congress used Article 356 very often to dismiss state governments and now they lecture us on "democratic values". If we elect the wrong crowd, we risk losing all the gains we have made. Modi and Shah have provided strong and resolute leadership that has allowed these useless intellectuals to indulge their Modi hatred. Deep down, even they know the truth.
"No one hates Modi & BJP more than me but reality is anti-Modi folks ask me how Rahul Gandhi will handle a Gulf crisis, China attack or emergency? He doesn't qualify." Deep down every Modi hater knows they can trust Modi but not Rahul Gandhi🗿

@urbancompany_UC this is the entry time of your insta maid in my society gate that I booked today. Check the image in the comment to see for yourself the start time of the service. You don’t need to resort to cheap means to make money!!! It at the cost of customer trust.
5
30
As per your app, it takes 14 mins for your maids to come (from whatever location they are in) when customers avail insta help. And it takes them 30-40 mins to wash utensils for 2 people :) The maths isn’t mathing!
8
This is a pattern observed over the last several months of using your service.
9
On top of that your maids are trained to be super slow. And while they keep a watchful eye at the clock, they get calls from their managed aka your employees during the time that you so diligently bill the customers.
11
As per your app, the service started 4 mins before the maid even entered the society gate, leave alone the time it might have taken to get to my home and ask for OTP and actually start the service.

5/ score every lead BEFORE sales touches it → classifies every lead on icp fit, intent, sales-readiness → cross-references crm notes so quality compounds every run → you don't redo the mapping each week. the kit remembers. week 4 is smarter than week 1.

SOMEONE VIBE-CODED A LEAD GEN TOOL IN A WEEK type a niche + city and it does everything → pulls businesses from Google Maps (50+ data points) → finds real emails, phones, socials from their sites → analyzes reviews to find actual customer complaints → matches your offer to their pain points → writes a personalized cold email for each send in 2 clicks one-by-one (so it hits inbox, not spam) runs worldwide any niche built with Claude Code this is outbound on autopilot
We just shipped the most powerful Google Maps scraper out there.. For any business that’s on Google Maps (restaurants, plumbers, essential services, etc.) You can access any information with just a prompt: • Reviews • Owners who aren’t on Linkedin • Franchise/Independent status (verified) • Email/Phone number (person + business level) • if they run Google/Meta ads, etc.

Karpathy didn't make a course. He made THE course. 3 hours. Free. Tokenization. Attention. Hallucinations. Tool use. RLHF. DeepSeek. AlphaGo. Every behavior you've ever wondered about in an LLM - where it comes from, why it exists, how it was engineered. The gap between engineers who understand this and engineers who don't isn't technical depth. It's the ability to conceive of entirely different things.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
