When it comes to GrokBot, I've found that you can save usage by
(1) only talk to one (team lead) and let them do most of the work.
(2) set your team up to do concept creation, research and planning, but only one the lead does the interface.
(3) tell them to keep their team room chatter to a minimum and only post results and observations. That way, every bot conserves tokens and focus on actions, not banter.
This has saved me a lot of usage.

🚨NEW: The @USOCC and @FDICgov are moving to finalize a rule that would define the term “unsafe or unsound practices” in relation to bank supervision. This term has been undefined for years, and has relied on the broad discretion of bank examiners.
The rule would require supervisors to tie alleged unsafe or unsound practices to an actual violation of law or material financial risk, making it harder to use vague reputational or procedural concerns to pressure banks over lawful customers, including crypto companies.
It marks another significant step toward unwinding “Operation Choke Point 2.0.”

BlackRock CEO Calls Bank Savings One Of Life's 'Worst Financial Decisions'
BlackRock CEO Larry Fink said keeping long term wealth in bank accounts can be a poor financial decision.
"Instead of having your liability, which is your liability of life, your duration of your existence, having your money in a bank account is one of the worst financial decisions of a lifetime," Fink stated.
He argued that cash does not compound against the cost of funding decades of life.
Fink said wages have failed to keep pace with the role of capital over the past 30 years. He also warned that AI could widen that gap further.
Fink made the remarks during a conversation with Brookfield CEO Bruce Flatt.
