📘 Hearing Is a Human Right
The Office of the Senior Vice Chancellor for Research Annual Report 2024–25 highlights Dr. Catherine Palmer’s work to improve quality of life through accessible hearing care.
Dr. Palmer believes communication is a human right. Her research and clinical work focus on removing barriers to hearing care—addressing cost, access, and care navigation—so fewer people live with untreated hearing loss and social isolation.
Through innovation, she’s helping more people stay connected.
